COURSE AIM
To provide the student with knowledge in the theories and applications in service marketing.

CONTENTS
The course covers service marketing from different angles. Construction as well as production, and marketing of services are all analysed. A central theme in the course is the connection between the needs of customers, development of services and quality in services.
