TIMEPERIOD: Q1-4 LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER PREREQUISITES Applicants must have completed physical education teacher training or equivalent training. COURSE AIM The aims of the course are that students acquire knowledge of - holistic methods by which different ways of learning and different abilities are applied in interdisciplinary projects - how to develop the individual and the group through multiple challenges - emotional, physical and intellectual CONTENTS - Themes by which story-telling, imagination, excitement, multiple challenges and problem-solving in groups are used as "learning reinforcement", and by which all teaching subjects of school can be integrated. - How to build "co-operation tracks" outdoors and indoors and supervise groups in following these. - Games and activities that develop trust and ability to co-operate in groups. - Orientation with an adventure theme. - Climbing for children and young people. - Relevant research related to the required reading: the learning theory of experience based learning: brain research related to learning: the theory of the multiple intelligence of children. TEACHING Three 4-5-day gatherings in Luleå in August 2000, June 2001 and November 2001, and home based self-tuition. Form of teaching: Own concrete experiences, lectures and group work. EXAMINATION Evaluation of practical-methodological and written assignments, individually and in groups. COURSE GRADE SCALE: Fail, Pass. ITEMS/CREDITS | |
