TIMEPERIOD: Q 3 LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER PREREQUISITES General entrance requirements. Applicants must also have completed the first general field of education (20 credits). COURSE AIM The aims of the course are that students - acquire mastery of the basic symbols, operations and forms of expression of mathematics - gain insight into elementary demonstration - gain insight into mathematical didactics CONTENTS Elementary definitions and symbols. The basics of arithmetic, geometry and algebra. Implication and equivalence. Induction, deduction and axiom. Behaviourism and constructivity. Different TEACHING Lectures, lessons and discussions. EXAMINATION Written examination and tests, participation in discussions and individual written reflections. COURSE GRADE SCALE: fail/pass ITEMS/CREDITS | |
