COURSE AIM
The students shall:
- aquire deeper knowledge in scientific methods.
- aquire deeper knowledge of Nordic social and cultural history.
- aquire knowledge of geopolitics and economic history.
- practice in planning and managing excursions in the local environment together with a school class.
- aquire teaching practice.

CONTENTS
ITEM 1
How to write a paper? An introduction.
Nordic social- and cultural history.

ITEM 2
Geopolitics and cultural environments.

ITEM 3
Economic development and institutional changes.

ITEM 4.
Social conditions, historical and geografical distinctive character of a local environment.
Historical, geografical and social characters of a local environment.
Planning, managing and evaluating excursions in the local environment together with a school class.
Didatic questions.
Teaching practice.
