TIMEPERIOD: Q2 LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER Bjarne Bergquist Univ lekt PREREQUISITES Quality Engineering, IEK004. COURSE AIM The aim is á to give advanced knowledge of strategies, values, and methods according to a modern view of quality philosophy, TQM; á to practice assessment of organisations and their work with total quality management; á to train the ability to present own and other peoples work orally and in writing. CONTENTS Some topics in IEK004, such as process management and self assessment are discussed in a more thorough way.
