TIMEPERIOD: Q4 LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER Birgitta Spets Univ adj PREREQUISITES General entrance requiremens and course admission requirements for teacher training. COURSE AIM The aims of the course are that students: - develop their ability to reflect on their own and other´s teaching practice - develop their understanding of the importance of professional reflection for a teaching role in constant change - gain understanding of the interdependency between scientific theory and practical application - lay the basis of research in learning CONTENTS - Case studies based on the students' own experiences during work placement. - Presentation of educational development work. - The teaching role and the professional identity. TEACHING The teaching will take the form of lectures, seminars and problem-based group-work. The groups will consist of representatives of different subject areas. EXAMINATION Written and oral examination, individually and in group. COURSE GRADE SCALE: pass/fail ITEMS/CREDITS | |
