COURSE AIM
To give the student knowledge about
- how strategic human resource management can create competitive advantages that are hard
to transcribe
- how financial models can be used as a tool in human resource management
- organizational development and change

CONTENTS
Part 1, Strategic Human Resource Management, 7.5 ECTS:
This part deals with human resource management as a strategic task for top management. Methods in human resource planning, recruitment, economy of human resources, communication and developent of competencies are tought. Also ways of handling negotiations.

Part 2, Organizational Change and development, 7.5 ECTS:
This part of the course covers basic theories of the following fields: diagnose organizations, intervention through team-building and strategic planning, education and structural interventions associated with change

TEACHING
Part 1, Strategic Human Resource Management, 7.5 ECTS:
