PREREQUISITES
COURSE AIM
The course give an elementary knowledge in circuits analysis. This knowledge is apply in the area of electronic measurements and Three- Phase circuits.
CONTENTS
Circuits analysis:
Resistiva Circuits. Kirchhoffs' law. Circuits with Capacitors and Inductors.
Thevenin's and Norton's Theorems. Superposition.
Sinusoids Steady- State Analysis.
Power. Complex Power.
Electronic measurement:
Bridge circuits. Operational Amplifiers. Filters. Transducers. Measurements of strain, temperature, pressure, conductivity and pH. Data Acquistion systems.
Three-Phase Circuits: Analysis of Three- Phase Circuits.
Analysis of Three- Phase Circuits. Principles of Induction Machines and DC- machines.
TEACHING
Lessons and laboratory work. Teaching is based on Problem Based Learning.
EXAMINATION
An examination with differentiated grade.
