COURSE AIM
To give the student knowledge about different types of waste, their treatments and the possibilities for recycling.
CONTENTS
Survey of different types of municipal and industrial waste. Organisation of collection, transport and treatment of municipal, hazardous and other kinds of waste. Landfill technology. Legislation. Economics. System considerations. Agenda 21.
