PREREQUISITES
The general and course admission requirements for studies at the study programme.
COURSE AIM
The aim of the course is to :
-give skills in learning by discovery, which should be based on the pupil«s cultural background and which should start from the pupil«s preconditions,
-give knowledge about how the pupil«s different preconditions, social and cultural background and sex belonging, influence their possibilities to understand andprofit from the education,
-give knowledge about how you through choice of content and way of working can prevent problems and stimulate pupils with special preconditions,
-give knowledge of work with pupils with school problems, functional disturbances and disturbed relations in the class.
CONTENTS
Teamwork processes.
Dealing with conflicts.
Psychological work environment.
Special pedagogy, special methodology.
Basic acquisition of reading and learning skills.
Children and young people with special needs.
TEACHING
Theory is combined with teaching practice. The teaching practice is placed in grade 4-9 in the compulsory comprehensive school.
The form of teaching is lectures, lessons and seminars.
EXAMINATION
Oral assessment and written examination.
COURSE GRADE SCALE: Fail, Pass.
