COURSE AIM
The aim of the course is to provide the students with knowledge about: - drama as an artistic and pedagogical method - methods of working with drama in groups of children - theatre and puppet theatre with and for children - the importance of the imagination for creative work - their role as a leader

CONTENTS
The course is dealing with drama both from an artistic and educational perspective. The main focus is on the drama work with and for children.

TEACHING
The teaching will be in form of lessons, group works and literature seminars. There will be an educational visit to a theatre performance if the opportunity arises. Attendance for the course is compulsory.

EXAMINATION
The students will be graded on individual assignments reports, group reports and on the literature seminars. The assignment course is to plan, carry out and evaluate a dramatical performance.
COURSE GRADE SCALE: Fail, Pass Fail, Pass
