COURSE AIM
To give the student basic knowledge about the impact of some organizational conditions on job satifaction and productivity of employees.

CONTENTS
The course covers fundamental findings of individual behaviour and theories of motivation. At the group level theoris of group performance will be discussed. During the course students also deal with with principles of organizing a workplace and ways to build effective organizational structures.
