COURSE AIM
To train the understanding of and the ability to develop mathematical models with economic applications, and in addition to enhance the understanding of economic theory.

CONTENTS
The course studies mathematical models used in economics. Matrices and matrix algebra, linear modelling, optimization and linear programming as well as other mathematical tools are used to describe and analyse different problems in economics.
