COURSE AIM
The course will aim to provide the concept of intergrating organizational design and management factors to optimize efficiency and increase productivity. It will also cover the aspects of communications in organizations

CONTENTS
Manufacturing trends and systems: Organizational design. the concept of integrating organizational design and management (ODAM) factors for optimizing efficiency of operation: Macro-ergonomics and micro-ergonomics: the concept om macro-ergonomics or organization-mach8ine interface technology and its relation to micro-ergonomics; Communications in organizations; Job design; Management training; Skill assessment; Selection and training

TEACHING
In the form of lectures and discussion of case studies and compulsory seminars.
