COURSE AIM
The course will provide the student with a better understanding of accidents and safety at work and with respect to human factors. It will also provide a knowledge of economics of accidents, traditional safety work, strategies and housekeeping.
CONTENTS
Basic terms; Traditional safety work; Strategies and methods of safety; Housekeeping; Safety management, Economics of accidents.
TEACHING
Teaching will be mainly lectures and practical exercises on accident
prevention methods.
