PREREQUISITES


COURSE AIM
The aim of the course is to - provide the students with an introduction to different theories concerning consumer behavior - provide knowledge about how environmental factors influences consumer behavior - provide knowledge about individual processes that influences consumer behavior - provide knowledge about how consumer behavior can be studied from different perspectives.

CONTENTS
The course focus internal and external influences on consumer behavior and how knowledge about consumer behavior influence design of marketing strategies. The course also focus differences in consumer behavior among different cultures

TEACHING
Lectures and seminars. The course is taught in English.

EXAMINATION
Written examination, group assignments and participation in group discussions.
