TIMEPERIOD: Q 1 LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER PREREQUISITES Applicants must have a college degree with an educational orientation, or equivalent. COURSE AIM The aims of the course are that the students acquire knowledge of conflict theory and conflict management and learn to apply this knowledge in project work. CONTENTS Conflict theory, models of explanation Strategies for conflict management Crisis theory and mechanisms of adaptation Attitude theory and models for change of attitude Conversational methodology and training Report writing TEACHING The teaching and learning is based on varied work procedures that include lectures, seminars, individual work and group work. EXAMINATION Written and oral examination, individually and in groups. COURSE GRADE SCALE: Fail, Pass ITEMS/CREDITS | |
