COURSE AIM - To give a genaral picture of how man arranges parts of the earths surface, while organizing society and its different enterprises. - To give an insight into the connection between the geographical environment and mans reshaping of society. - To give a basic knowledge of geographical outlooks, concepts and theories. - To provide knowledge about the course of events in regions that are of importance for development as well as how the state, through national and regional development planning, influences the regional development and ground utilization.
