TIMEPERIOD: III + IV LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER Peder Rönnbäck Univ adj PREREQUISITES None except general. COURSE AIM To shed light upon and give insight into how decision making and assessment factors work together with technical development and the creation of resources. - To give an understanding of the Swedish planning systems organization and structure on central, regional and local levels. - To give an understanding of the physical, economic and social planning in the country: background, conditions, planning assessments, problems today, future outlook. CONTENTS - The structure of society, decision making, social planning and assessments. Social planning on the county/province level. - Practical field work and reports. - Besides the construction of the social structure the course will be dealing with, among other things, the possibility of making rational decisions and how to reach them.
