TIMEPERIOD: Q 4 LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER Leif Hjalmarsson Univ adj PREREQUISITES IEO 002 or Business Administration A COURSE AIM The aim of the course is to provide advanced knowledge of mamagement. CONTENTS The course deals with leadership through different ways of claryfying the different functions of leadership. The course is based on research i management developed over time. It is also based on current research in management of business administration. Thus, the course deals with the change of the role of the leader. The influence of the leader as to cognitive and strategic thinking, as well as leadership development. The course include a study of a special leadership situation which is chosen individually by the student. TEACHING Lectures and seminars EXAMINATION Written test and required assignments.
