TIMEPERIOD: Q III LANGUAGE:English/Swedish EXAMINER Lennart Persson Univ lekt PREREQUISITES C-Level in main subject. COURSE AIM The course will provide students with knowledge about different scientific methods and research techniques. The aim of the course is that students will acquire the ability to: - critically evaluate scientific reports - apply scientific research methods to different problems CONTENTS The lectures will focus approaches for research and investigations as well as planning and implementation of scientific research. TEACHING Lectures and seminars. EXAMINATION Grading scale: U (fall), G (pass) or VG (high pass). Written test, individual and group assignments.
