COURSE AIM
Item 1 Service Marketing
- to provide extended knowledge abour theories and applications in the area of leisure
marketing
- provide insight in the area of leisure marketing

Item 2 Scientific Method
The students will after finishing the course
- be able to apply scientific methods on business administrative problems
- independently be able to critically examine and asses scientific work in the area of business
administration

CONTENTS
Item 1 Service Marketing
This moment deals with service marketing from different perspectives. Central areas are external, internal and interactive marketing and the relations between customer needs, development of services and service quality. Special problems within marketing of leisure activities are discussed.

Item 2 Scientific Method
In lectures different methodological approaches and research techniques are dealt with. In seminars relevant research problems within business administration are discussed.

TEACHING
Lectures, seminars, supervision, group assignments and project work.

EXAMINATION
Written test, group assignments and project work. Presence during compulsory sessions is required.
