TIMEPERIOD: Q III LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER Istvan Orci Docent PREREQUISITES ADB 60 credits. COURSE AIM The aim of the course is to give the student fundamental theoretical knowledge of real-time information systems for command and control. CONTENTS Principles - general systems theory, socio-technical systems - technical and administrative real-time systems - critical systems - C (3) I systems - tele and data communication - human-systems interaction Construction of critical systems - safety-critical and security-critical systems - systems life cycles, methods of systems construction, systems construction tools - systems architecture - hardware, programmable logic devices, software - risk analysis, reliability analysis, fault analysis - legal aspects, industry norms, standards Security informatics - vulnerability analysis, security auditing - information security, data security, communication security - physical security measures, logical security measures, systems security Systems integration - local and global architectures - subsystems, moduls, interfaces - programmable logic devices - analog components, digital components - sensors, comparators, effectors - systems management and maintenance - systems support TEACHING The work of the student is problem based and surveying. Normally teaching take the form of lessons, lectures, seminars, project works and laboratory works. EXAMINATION Examination will be in the form of written examination and required assignments.
