TIMEPERIOD: QI LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER Thomas Olofsson Prof PREREQUISITES None. COURSE AIM To provide knowledge in basic civil engineering and building physics in particular. The course will also provide an introduction to information technology (wordprocessors, spreadsheets, internet and WWW (world wide web etc). CONTENTS Mechanisms of heat transfer and moisture flow. Influence of fire. Noise reduction requirements (70%). Building ecology (10%). Information technology (wordprocessors, spreadsheets, internet and WWW (world wide web etc) 20%.
