TIMEPERIOD: Q II LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER Ulla Öhman Univ lekt PREREQUISITES Metallic Materials COURSE AIM The aim of the course is that the student will realise the meaning of plastic deformation. Understanding of both what concerns the properties the product will get after the metal forming operation and the possibilities and the limitations that exist when carry out a special operation. CONTENTS The course will treat plasticity, models of deformation, materials workability and metal forming processes, e.g. sheet metal forming.
