COURSE AIM
To give good understanding of electromagnetic wave propagation and an introduction to plasma physics.

CONTENTS
Electromagnetic Fields: Maxwells equations, potentials. Methods in electrostatics. Plane waves. Waveguides with conducting boundaries.
Plasma Physics: Particle motion in external fields. Kinetic theory. MHD. Waves in plasmas.
