COURSE AIM


CONTENTS
Part 1, Strategic Management 5 ECT:
The following questions will be discussed: What is a company? How does a compang act strategically? Why are companies different? What affects a company´s succes or failiour on the international market?

Part 2, Advanced Projectmanagement 5 ECT:
The latest doctoral thesis within project management will be dealt with. The guide lines presented in these thesis, as well as in literature will then be used in the study of real projects performed.



TEACHING
Part 1 will consist of lessons and seminars.

In part 2 the teaching will be based on already performed projects. The different phases will be studied separately. The course will be planned and carried out in close connection with a some companies.
