COURSE AIM The aim is that the student after finished the course should have enhanced knowledge about how to work with Business Intelligence in firms. CONTENTS The course consists of a theoretical part discussing the development of the Business Intelligence (BI) function in firms; The organization of BI function. BI role in strategic analysis. Methods and techniques for BI. Early warnings. BI and Benchmarking. A second part consists of empirical exercises and demonstrations.
