TIMEPERIOD: Q 3 LANGUAGE: EXAMINER Sven-Åke Hörte Prof PREREQUISITES To have passed the course IEO 002. COURSE AIM The aim of the course is to provide advanced knowledge of organizational development and change. CONTENTS The course deals with the basic classic theories in the following areas: organizational diagnosis, intervention through team building and strategic planning, training and structural interventions. Aspects on power and politics in connection with organizational change, applications, research and assessments are also discussed. TEACHING Teaching will take the form of compulsory seminars.
