COURSE AIM
Item 1 Service Marketing
- to provide extended knowledge abour theories and applications in the area of leisure
marketing
- provide insight in the area of leisure marketing

Item 2 Scientific Method
The students will after finishing the course
- be able to apply scientific methods on business administrative problems
- independently be able to critically examine and asses scientific work in the area of business
administration

CONTENTS
Item 1 Service Marketing
The course considers service marketing from different aspects. Focus is given to service marketing of external, internal and interactive type and the connections between customer needs, development of service quality. Areas of special concern in marketing of leisure is considered.

Item 2 Scientific Method
The lectures will focus approaches for research and investigations as well as methods for data collection. Recent business administrative research reports will be discussed and analyzed during group exercises. Application of methods on business administrative problems are carried out as individual assignments.

TEACHING
Lectures, seminars, supervision, group assignments and project work.

EXAMINATION
Written test, group assignments and project work. Presence during compulsory sessions is required.
