TIMEPERIOD: LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER Roberth Gustafsson 1 fo ing PREREQUISITES Quality Engineering, IEK004, and Mathematical Statistics according to any one of, IEK001, IEK003, IEK005, IEK007, IEK010, IEK011, IEK020 or corresponding course. COURSE AIM ¥ to give advanced knowledge of strategies, values, and methods according to a modern view of quality philosophy, TQM; ¥ to provide the ability to solve problems in Total Quality Management; ¥ to practise assessment of organisations and their work with Total Quality Management; ¥ to train the ability to present own and other people´s work orally and in writing. CONTENTS Some topics in IEK004, such as QFD, process management, and reliability, are discussed in a more thorough way.
