TIMEPERIOD: LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER Dan Harnesk Univ adj PREREQUISITES Administrative Data Processing Systems A, 60 credits COURSE AIM The aim of the course is to give knowledge about configuration and administration of computers, networks and software to fit the demand and operation of the organisation. CONTENTS The course deals width operative tasks in the form of continuously computer service support. The field of knowledge is deeper technical understanding in configuration of computers, networks and software, deeper knowledge about methods/tools for planning of computer service support and resources, and methodologies and techniques for reliability. TEACHING Teaching will take form of lessons/lectures and laboratory work. EXAMINATION Examination will be in the form of written examination and required assignments.
