TIMEPERIOD: III-IV LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER Torkel Franzén Univ lekt PREREQUISITES COURSE AIM The aim of the course is to - give competence in writing good programs in a modern object oriented language - give an introduction to data abstraction - give knowledge of some useful data types and ways of implementing these data types in an imperative language - give experience in design and implementation of a programming project. CONTENTS Elements of programming expressions and declarations, functions and procedures. Concrete and abstract data types. Specification. Some generally useful types such as queues, sets and dictionaries and methods for implementing these types. Project: Design and coding of a rather large program.
