COURSE AIM
The course aim is to give the student skills and experience of object-oriented software engineering.

CONTENTS
Project management, problem analysis, requirements specification, design, modelling, design patterns, implementation, testing, maintenance and documentation.

TEACHING
Lectures, seminars, and projects.

EXAMINATION
Written exam, and oral and written project presentation.

It is recommended that students take the course SMD104 Object-
oriented Programming in conjunction with this course. This course and SMD104 Object-oriented Programming are offered for the last time the autumn of 1999 and will be replaced year 2000 with a new 12 credits course: Objekt-oriented Software Engineering (working name).
