TIMEPERIOD: Quarter II LANGUAGE:English/Swedish EXAMINER Glenn Lundborg Univ adj PREREQUISITES SBT013, SBV001, SBV002, SBV004 or SBV005 and fulfilled practical work. COURSE AIM To give an introduction in the use of computers in municipal engineering. CONTENTS To give an introduction in the use of computers as a tool in one of the following fields in municipal engineering: - planning, construction and maintenance of streets and roads - planning, construction and maintenance of water and sewage systems - physical planning related to municipal engineering Design assignment. TEACHING The instruction consists of seminars and exercises, all of them are compulsory. Parts of suitable literature will be handed out for self-instruction. EXAMINATION The exercises are judged as passed or failed. To pass the course the student has to pass the exercises and the seminars. COURSE GRADE SCALE: U, G ITEMS/CREDITS | |
