FÖRKUNSKAPSKRAV
General eligibility for admission to university courses and a good knowledge in English

MÅL
This course will introduce students to participatory methods for implementing ergonomic changes in work places. The approach will be a systems approach to creating changes in organizations and work places rather than a strictly technological approach. This systems approach will include discussions about the nature of human systems, cultures within organizations and the nature of paradigms. The course will also introduce students to cases where this approach has been used successfully.

INNEHÅLL
History and nature of human systems; Creating changes in organizational systems; Barriers for implementing changes in systems; Techniques for creating changes; Case studies in participatory design changes.

UNDERVISNING
Lectures, case study method, demonstrations, and discussion.
