FÖRKUNSKAPSKRAV General eligibility for admission to university courses and a good knowledge in English. MÅL The course will provide the students the basic knowledge of body sizes, their variability, measurement methods and ergonomic application of anthropometric data. The basic theory of occupational biomechanics will likewise be given together with available biomechanical methodologies which the students can use in real industrial settings. INNEHÅLL Anthropometry - Races of man and historical background; Body sizes; Body size variability; Static and dynamic anthropometry; Anthropometric surveys; Application of anthropometry in design; Seating; Methods of measurement and instrumentation.
