TIMEPERIOD: LANGUAGE: EXAMINER H Shanavaz Prof PREREQUISITES General eligbility for admission to university courses and a good knowledge in English. COURSE AIM To present a basic knowledge about visual system, lighting performance and providing guidance for lighting of specific tasks. To provide information on optimum visual conditions. CONTENTS The human eye and visual responses to light; Adverse effects of lighting and visual fatigue; Ergonomics of lighting; Light units and measurements.
