COURSE AIM
To introduce the students into central concepts in the field of management, leadership and organisation.

CONTENTS
The content deals with questions like:
- how to manage a construction business
- how to make analyses of the results in perspective of economical, technical and human aspects

A case study will be done

TEACHING
The teaching consists of lectures, exercises and assignments

EXAMINATION
Written examination at the end of the course. Approved (or not) assignments. Attendence at all seminars is compulsory.
