TEACHING
Problem-based learning, PBL, a teaching method which combines theoretical studies with practical application. The teaching will be carried out as team work, which means that several teachers may be present during certain aspects of the course. Students are to continually plan, carry through and develop the aims and the content of the course. They are also to communicate the knowledge they acquire to groups of pupils through own teaching. A big part of the course will be carried out as project work in groups of five to six students. This means that to the greatest extent, the students themselves, within their groups and in consultation with their supervisor, will acquire knowledge about educational methodology, plan and carry out the work. The result of the project work is to be presented orally and in writing in each group. Finally, the groups are to compare their results and present a common conclusion in writing. In addition to the PBL studies, there will also be lectures, lessons, seminars, exercises, literature assignments, laboratory work and study visits.
