COURSE AIM
To give the student deepened knowledge of juridicial method, to train the ability of critical examining and judgement of facts and results of research and to develope the ability to accomplish an investigation in the legal area.

CONTENTS
The first part deals with theory and technique of jurisprudence, particularly the methods of interpreting cases and written law. It also includes studies in history of law and philosophy of law. The second part is a degree project (thesis)
