Donald R. de Raadt Prof PREREQUISITES General competence COURSE AIM The aim of the course is to give the student the historical roots of technology in the social sciences by using classical and modern sociological perspectives. CONTENTS The student will examine Max Weber's thesis on rationality and theories of the critical thinkers from the Frankfurt School. TEACHING Teaching will take place in lectures. Students will present and discuss during classes. Teaching language is English EXAMINATION Writing an essay, making a presentation and discussing.
