TIMEPERIOD: Q 4 LANGUAGE:Swedish EXAMINER Sven-Åke Hörte Prof PREREQUISITES IEO 002 or Business Administration A COURSE AIM The aim of the course is to provide advanced knowledge of mamagement. CONTENTS The course deals with leadership through different ways of claryfying the different fuc´nctions of leadership. The course is based on research i management developed over time. It is also based on current research in management of business administration. Thus, the course deals with the change of the role of the leader. the influence of the leader as to cognitive and strategic thinking, leadership as an international competition parameter, assesments methods when recruiting leaders as well as leadership development.
