COURSE AIM
To provide advanced understanding of resource allocation within society.
CONTENTS
Consumer and producer theory are treated rigorously. A two-sector general equlibrium model is used to give an in-depth understanding of the workings of trade and taxes. The course also takes a close look at different value judgements which by necessity follow eco-political decisions.
