PREREQUISITES
COURSE AIM
The aims are:
- To give the student a deeper knowledge about alternative wastewater treatment systems.
The interest will be focused on treatment plants for less than 500 pe.
CONTENTS
Lessons.
- Natural treatment systems: Slow-rate systems, Rapid Infiltration Systems, Constructed Wetlands.
- Small Wastewater Treatment Systems.
TEACHING
The course includes lessons, calculation tasks, construction tasks.
EXAMINATION
Passed construction tasks are mandatory.
