COURSE AIM
The aim of the course is to give the participants tools for working with sustainable development according to the Agenda 21. This includes an understanding of the problems and most important the development of a concrete vision of a modern sustainable society based on local sustainable life support systems.

CONTENTS
The development on earth, the industrial society and its problems The root causes to the situation and preconditions for sustainability Creating a vision of a sustainable society and methods for envisioning Practical action as a tool in sustainable development processes
