COURSE AIM
Course A: Democracy and Local Government - The local governments autonomous development and present tendencies towards change. - Distribution of power in the municapal. - Local government politics and administration. - Organization and distribution of responsibilities. Course B: Power in Local Government - The relationship between common, specific (minorities) and private interests. - External influence from the state and European Community. - A critical look, assesment and inspection of the municapals activities. - Political and administrative assesment.
