- To give technologists a basic understanding about the functions of public administration. - To give the skills needed in taking care of contacts between private and public administration, business and society. - To give technologists an understanding of the rolls they will play in their future professional environment.

- Working conditions in public administration and administrative technic. - Planning and methods of research. - Research assignment and exercices.
