COURSE AIM
The aim of the course is to give understanding of managing complex problems in multi-project environments. Understanding of both academic, researce-based, state of the art and best practice in industry.

CONTENTS
Studies are based on finished projects from the industry.

TEACHING
The course is based on real projects which have been performed. The different phases of the projects will be studied separately at seminars guided by project leaders from different companies. The course will be planned and performed in close connection with companies involved and with the organisation named Projekt-Forum.

Oral and written presentation of case-studies
