COURSE AIM
To develop the students understanding of risk management, and the ability to apply economic theory to financial markets.

CONTENTS
The course studies the theory of asset valuation, with a particular emphasis on financial instruments and markets. The course covers portfolio theory, CAPM, other asset valuation models and tests of models as well as introduees derivative valuation (futures, options and swaps).
